Leaders of CNSM made the evaluation of the activity of territorial inter-branch trade unions Councils

Strengthening trade union movement in the territory, informing members about trade union activity, development of social partnership in the territory, are a few of the objectives of activities that territorial inter-branch trade unions Councils (CITS) have for 2016.
It was discussed about this on Thursday, February 18, at a meeting of evaluation the activities of CITS for 2015, with the participation of the leaders of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) and members of the Confederal Committee of CNSM.

During the meeting, the trade unionists had an exchange of views on the organization of work of CITS, were discussed the results of work and set goals for this year.
Oleg Budza, president of CNSM, mentioned that the meeting is extremely important because it focuses on boosting the activity of CITS in the territory, in particular the aspects related to the development of social dialogue, training trade union members, developing relations with social partners in territory.

Referring to the work of CNSM, trade union leader mentioned that a good part of proposals from the trade unions were included in the governing program of the new Government and expressed hope that these proposals will be implemented to protect the rights and interests of employees and improve the socio-economic situation in the country.
CITS presidents expressed their proposals on raising efficiency of CITS and noted that to solve the problems they are facing in the territory is needed the solidarity of trade union branches and focus on modernization activities of the trade union movement.

Trade unionists have shown that it is appropriate to be made more efforts towards improving the socio-economic situation of the employees in the territory, particularly occupational safety and health, recruiting new members, helping young employees and promoting equal opportunities.
