Ghenadie Donos, elected by a majority vote, as the new president of the Federation of Trade Unions of Education and Science

The Federation of Trade Unions of Education and Science (FSEŞ) has a new president instead of Dumitru Ivanov, who recently resigned. On Wednesday, March 14, at a meeting, the members of the General Council of the FSEŞ examined several organizational issues related to the work of the national-branch trade union centre and the election of the new president.

The participants at the meeting took note of information referring to the resignation of Dumitru Ivanov. Following a secret vote, they chose the new president of the Federation. Thus, with the majority of votes, the new president of the FSEŞ was elected Ghenadie Donos.

Ghenadie Donos (04.05.1966), during the period 2007-2017 he was head of the Education Department of the Soroca Regional Council, and during 1997-2007 he was president of the Soroca Regional/ County Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science. Previously he worked as a professor of history and law.
