Moldovan trade unionists exchanged experience in the field of youth policies at international level in the Russian Federation

On May 14-18, a delegation of the Youth Commission of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) participated in the XI Youth  Forum of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) in the field of youth policies , which took place in the city of Sochi, Russian Federation.

About 70 young trade unionists from the Russian Federation, specialists responsible for working with youth, participated in the forum. Delegates from Moldova, Belarus, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan were also invited. The following topics were addressed in the forum: competences and qualities of the modern trade union leader; the methodology of trade union thinking; creation of the primary trade union organization; elaboration of the collective labour agreement; labour disputes and the negotiation process. The participants were involved in various creative activities, and subsequently presented presentations on the mentioned themes.

Also, it was held the meeting of the FNPR Youth Council discussing the results of youth activities organized on 1 May 2018, approving the FNPR Regulation in the field of youth policies, cooperation with the Federal Agency for Youth. At the same time, various presentations on the prevention of HIV / AIDS and viral hepatitis were presented, the development of volunteering among young trade unionists. At the closing ceremony, all delegations were awarded with participation diplomas.
