Today, April 5, on the eve of Easter holidays, the leadership of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) visited the Centre for temporary placement for children in risk situation “Brânduşa” Hincesti, sponsored by the CNSM for many years.
The trade unionists came to Hincesti with baskets of goodies containing sponge bread, gingerbread, candies, wafers and other gifts offered to children, who enjoyed the gifts they received and thanked the CNSM for the care.
In a festive activity, children presented a varied artistic program that included poems, songs, and sayings.
“We are deeply grateful to the CNSM management for the support it provides to the Centre over the years. Last year, children were in summer at the “Perlele Nistrului” resting houses, and during the year they received school supplies and participated in various artistic activities organized with the support of CNSM,” emphasized Larisa Dragomir, director of the Centre.
Oleg Budza, the president of the CNSM, thanked the Centre’s administration for the efforts made to support children, by joining them and providing them, as far as possible, with the care they need. The trade union leader mentioned that this year, the CNSM will organize various activities for children from the “Brânduşa” Centre.
The temporary placement centre for children at risk “Brânduşa” Hincesti was created in 2005. Annually, the Centre serves about 50 children. Nowadays, at “Brânduşa” Centre there are 25 children from Hincesti district, mainly from socially vulnerable families.
