Public information regarding the LCRF activity within CNSM

The Laboratory Control of Risk Factors (LCRF) of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) was established in 2017, by the provision of the CNSM president no. 269 of 17.08.2017, in accordance with the provisions of the CNSM Strategy for the years 2017-2022.

LCRF is accredited according to the standard SM EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018, for the field of activity, by the National Accreditation Center MOLDAC (Accreditation Certificate no LÎ-128 from 16.01.2020).

LCRF‘s mission is to provide beneficiaries / clients with quality services, such as measuring / testing and evaluating physical risk factors in the workplace, both in the work and in the environment, in order to ensure the safety and health of workers –  trade union members, for monitoring the conditions of safety and health at the workplace in accordance with the requirements of the legislative and normative framework in force from the field of reference and of carrying out the work process in a conducive environment at the highest level.

The activity field of the LCRF is the measurement / testing and evaluation of physical factors, including microclimate parameters, lighting, noise, vibration and electromagnetic field, in the world of work and environment.

The main objective of LCRF is to improve continuously the quality of laboratory services through an integrated system that refers on the one hand to quality infrastructure and, on the other hand, to professional development.

LCRF is a laboratory that has proposed a European approach towards its beneficiaries / clients, aiming to satisfy their needs by diversifying the range of services offered (click here) and by increasing confidence in their quality.

The team of doctors in the laboratory has a professional experience of more than 17-30 years of activity in the respective field, has a good professional training, confirmed by Certificates of training, improvement, certificates of conformity, participates constantly in the trainees, trainings and courses of training organized in the country and abroad.

Being equipped with high performance equipment, the LCRF offers to the beneficiaries / clients, trade union members, the following spectrum of quality measurements:

  • Measurement of the general level of sound and sound pressure in the frequency bands of 1/1 octave 2 – 16000 Hz and 1/3 octave in the range 0.8 – 40000 Hz;
  • Measurement of the vibration level  (vibration acceleration) in the frequency bands of 1/1 octave 1 – 125 Hz and 1/3 octave in the range 0.8 – 160 Hz; in the frequency bands of 1/1 octave 8 – 1000 Hz and 1/3 octave in the range 6.3 – 1250 Hz;
  • Lighting measurement;
  • Determination of microclimate parameters;
  • Determination of the level of the electromagnetic field.

At the same time, LCRF continues to study and implement modern methods of instrumental measurement / testing of physical factors, as well as applying investments for their modernization.

In 2018, LCRF implemented the Quality Management System, according to the SM EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 standard, which makes possible activation to the highest quality standard.
Laboratory services are performed on the basis of a request application for  measurements of physical factors, code: CSM 7.1 (Application model – click here, word), which can be submitted to the CNSM headquarters, to the Human Resources Department, secretariat and protocol (chancellery). or online at office@cnsm.md
The received applications are analyzed in order to determine if the object of the request is explicitly formulated, the requested tests are included in the field of activity of the laboratory and if the required documents necessary for the qualitative fulfillment of the requested laboratory services are annexed. Thus, following the verification of the request applications, the decisions of acceptance or refusal are taken, with the subsequent information of the beneficiary / client by telephone and e-mail.

In this context, LCRF has a management system procedure, PSM 7.1 “Analysis of requests, offers and contracts”, which represents a set of systematic actions performed by LCRF before taking into consideration the request of the beneficiary / client, in order to provide some quality services and maintaining a high performance laboratory status.

It is also useful to provide laboratory services based on a contract signed with the client, code: CPS 7.1. See here the contract template, PDF and Word.
