During the period from August 25 to October 21 were organized 18 regional trainings within the project „Training of trade unionists on the implementation of ILO Conventions on Occupational Safety and Health”.
During the period from August 25 to October 21 were organized 18 regional trainings within the project „Training of trade unionists on the implementation of ILO Conventions on Occupational Safety and Health”.
Initially there have been planned 15 regional trainings, but there were received requests from the regions that were not included in the list and it was decided to organize 3 additional regional trainings. Thus, there were trained 524 people from 27 regions of the Republic of Moldova.
The aim of these regional seminars was to improve the situation on safety and health at work place by raising the level of training of people who are responsible in this area from the economical entities and trade union structures in the territory, monitoring of the compliance with the national legislation on safety and health at work and familiarization with the modern tools of risk assessment at the workplace, enhancing the skills on assessment of risk factors, the establishment of OSH committees within the framework of the entities.
