Trade Unions and NCMI signed a Contract of medical assistance offered to employees

The National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (NCTUM) and the National Company for Medical Insurance (NCMI) signed Monday, August 19, 2013, a Contract of medical assistance within the compulsory medical assistance insurance. 

Oleg Budza, Chairman of NCTUM mentioned the necessity of signing this Contract, which will help the Moldovan employees to find out opportunely the diseases and illnesses faced by them.

„By means of the Diagnosis Centre of the Labour Institute, persons will receive free medical assistance and the qualified specialists of the medical institution will establish a right diagnosis, which is very important in the treatment of illnesses”, Budza declared.

Mircea Buga, NCMI’s General Director, specified that it is a many years fruitful cooperation between NCTUM and NCMI, which he hopes to maintain and develop, because it is in the interest of the employees.

„The matter is the social protection of the insured persons, which will answer their demands in the result of the offered medical services. The respective signed contract provides the rendering of a series of high performance services, absolutely necessary for all employees”, Buga added.

The NCTUM and the NCMI will sign in September an enhanced cooperation Agreement for offering medical assistance to the employees.
