On the Day of the trade unionist, National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM) together with the members of the Youth Commission of CNSM, have organized on Tuesday, June 7, an information campaign in the Public Garden “Stefan cel Mare” in Chisinau.

The aim of the campaign was to inform the population about their rights in labour relations and the role of trade unions in this process.

Thus, young trade unionists from different national-branch trade union centres were mobilized and informed the population about the trade union activity and distributed a series of informational materials.

“I’m sure this activity will be successful, because young people should be informed about the benefits and guarantees offered by trade unions in order to meet the challenges at the workplace,” said Tatiana Marian, president of Youth Commission of CNSM.

During the information activity, trade unionists have also communicated with the public and offered advice on how to join trade unions and be protected.
